Many of you know we have recently moved in with my in-laws. We sold our 1950's ranch style home because we wanted just a bit more space for our expanding family. Our house sold much faster than we anticipated that it would, and instead of making a quick move into a new one, we decided to give ourselves a little more time and move in with Matt's parents.
Enter...resort living. We have been there now for 2 months and I have cooked only a handful of times. Meals are delicious and prepared - there is a beautiful pool with a waterfall in the big flat backyard (mosquito system and all) - a culde sac in the front where the boys ride their bikes - my mother-in-law has been at home and able to watch the babysitter and report back (all good things, I might add!). So, while this has been a lovely "break" from normal living, I do miss the domesticity of having my own home.
Enter...this blog. I have decided to start a blog where I can tap into my domestic - sometimes creative - side. I want to share pictures, recipes, good finds, and even sell a thing or two. I hope that you'll find it interesting and even forward on to your friends and family.
